We headed north through Monument Valley on Route 163. Sadly, we didn't have time to go into the Navajo Tribal Park. Someday we'll go back. Acceptance that seeing everything just isn't possible was a significant part of our road trip! We had an incredible time admiring Monument Valley from U.S. Route 163, though.

  2. Monument Valley is easily one of my favorite places in the world. Looking at these photos bring back so many vivid memories from my visit there two years ago. I hope you'll get the chance to visit the park one day, but I'm glad you were able to see some of the rock formations!

  3. Man this is so cool. I need to head out west and see some of the state parks and mountains and rock formations out there. Wonderful pictures!
