Lately I've been feasting my eyes on the romantic repeating patterns of William Morris. These are wallpaper and textile designs, and the idea of a room papered entirely in one of these is very amenable to a nature bunny like me. The Snakeshead design is my favorite - something about the bright intertwining leaves and blossoms on a black background is so romantic.

Nature is the best inspiration, don't you think? ;)

  2. There is something deeply mesmerizing about these designs, isn't there. They speak of the past and the era they hail from, while also feeling beautifully fresh and rather ahead of their time, too. Thank you for the inspiring share.
