Queen Anne's Lace and Friends

It's that time of year for Queen Anne's lace and lots of other beautiful wildflowers. These shots are from a recent hike just off the Blue Ridge Parkway.

  1. I've never seen Queen Anne's Lace in real life before. These are really beautiful photographs. Thanks for sharing them :)

    1. Really? None in Alberta? :-O They're so common here in NC. Do you have a favorite local wildflower?

      And thank you!

  2. Warm, inviting images. I've always been really drawn to wildflowers. They're both delicate and hearty at the same time.

  3. Your photography is so nice, those delicate flowers against the dark blue background look wonderful. Wild summer flowers are the best, also!
